Brighton Gin – Jammy Orange

This is a special, very limited edition run for
Brighton Gin’s 10th Birthday this year! We
make it by using the remainder of our “naked”
(i.e. peeled) oranges that we’re left with once
the zest has gone into our regular distillation.

Description

These oranges get sliced up,
dehydrated to caramelise the sugars
and then redistilled to create a
beautiful marmalade flavour, and
further our goal of saving waste at
the same time!
